One big leap, from concept to creation!
MVP Feature Planning
Rome wasn’t built in a day, and nor should it be! With so many ideas and possibilities, it can be hard to know where to start with your Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
With every project it’s important to have a roadmap to help you navigate your product development, and we will help you prioritise and formulate this plan.
Beware! Things usually change as we test out our creations, so we always start with the core features and iterate from there.
Interface Design and Prototyping
Once we have a roadmap and scope, we can get to work designing your MVP. The first stage is to work with you to design the interfaces, and how your users will navigate your platform.
Once we have our wireframes designed, we will create an interactive prototype, that can be loaded onto a device and tapped through by testers. This is a great way to test user flows on a physical device, and get feedback from early testers or key stakeholders.
And then we iterate!
Agile MVP Development
An interactive prototype is great if you’re going for funding or are testing with a small, engaged user base. However once you’re ready to get some feedback from users out in the wild then it’s time to get building!
An MVP project can take many forms, and it’s important that we build a platform that delivers core value for your users, as efficiently as possible. For that reason we often limit our feature set to the absolute core, and are often able to take advantage of off-the-shelf tools in order to reduce development time.
We’ll work with you to establish the best development route for your MVP, and make sure that we have a plan for future development too.
When working with us, you can expect more
We are passionate about doing things as well being aware of the impact of our work. This influences everything we do, and means you won’t find a more trustworthy and transparent team.
We specialise in a range of modern, tried and tested technologies that we know and trust. We will select our stack dependant on your requirements, but you can rest assured that our stack will align with your vision for the platform.
QA is a vital part of our development process. To ensure our platforms are up to scratch, we integrate automated tests, and combine this with manual testing by our dedicated QA testers.
