This policy explains how GearedApp Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through our website at gearedapp.co.uk. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We use a small number of third-party service providers to run this site and respond to enquiries. Each acts as our processor under a data-processing agreement that includes the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant.

International transfers

Where personal data leaves the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the transfer is governed by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent safeguards), as included in each processor's data-processing agreement. You can ask us for a copy of these by emailing the address above.
