User Experience

At the core of every product or service are its users. We use a number of different design and research methodologies to help us get a better understanding of what your users expect. It’s important to get the user experience right in order to grow and retain your user base.

Design Workshops

We conduct a number of design workshops, both with you, and our development team. Through these workshops we’re able to establish user stories. These stories help us build the product flow, which guide your users through your products features.

Interface Design

Once we’ve spent some time learning about your users and how the features will work then it’s time to put all our research and planning into action. We use a number of tools to wireframe and then design the platform’s interfaces. We will work closely with you to ensure that your brand and and features shine through.

Agile Development Experts

We understand that to get the best outcome for your product you constantly learn and iterate your ideas throughout your project. Our Agile development process allows for exactly this. We have regular scrum meetings and communication with you throughout the process with each dev sprint lasting two weeks. This ensures we are all on the same page with the priorities and there are no nasty surprises. We work efficiently and with quality at the heart of everything we do.

A period of research, design and planning, so that the team can start prepare for development.
